Wellness coaching provides support, guidance and accountability to take ownership of your wellness, become fitter, stronger and more energised and live in alignment with your best self.


I’ve spent over 15 years training, coaching and working with leaders & parents to prioritise their wellness. It’s what I do.

Costs-Details

Train and Coach is about helping you get clear and committed to your training and lifestyle goals and changes, supporting you to achieve them and taking ownership of your health and well-being.

  • Wellness Coaching is $200 per month.

  • Includes your personalized weekly training plan with workouts and other training sessions. Strength Sessions will be based on using Body Weight, Kettlebells and Suspension Trainers. Full training will be given on all equipment. (Kettlebells not included - Suspension Trainer is Included)

  • Weekly Mindfulness Training and Practices: You will learn simple and practical Mindfulness Practices to help you become more present and manage stress better. (No Chanting or Singing Bowls)

  • Fortnightly 45-minute Online Coaching Session. Includes reflection and setting up the next fortnight - Goal Setting, Focuses and Commitment - Personal Development Challenges and Projects.

  • Unlimited Ongoing Online Support: Regular connects, insights and feedback on your training and week. Based on your progress, we will stay connected and make adjustments and changes during the fortnight.


ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Luke McLean. I’m the founder of Boot Camps Tasmania.

For over 15 years, I have worked with Leaders, Managers, Owners and Parents to prioritise their wellness. I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Meditation Teacher and Life Coach. I’m also a father of five. I know how hard it can be to find the time to train and continually invest in our health and wellness.

Wellness Coaching is for people who want a personalised program with coaching support, accountability, and the flexibility to train at their own time and pace.
