Getting started can be the hardest part, but it’s also the most important. “Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes.” Our Beginner Boot Camp is the perfect place to start. Our 30-minute sessions introduce you back to strength and cardio training, and the best part is that everyone is starting.

What to expect in a Boot Camp Challenge:

  • Games: Most of our sessions start with a game. (Imagine Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Relay Race etc)

  • Self-Paced Sessions: We do lots of circuits that are done at your pace, weight and ability. (Can’t run/walk, injured? We will find an alternative, take a break when needed and work to your limits.

  • Team Challenges: Many of our sessions are done with partners and as teams.

  • No Cliques/Comparison or Judgement: Our group are open and welcoming. Everybody trains and supports everyone.

  • Banter and Laughs: We chat, connect and laugh, Boot Camp is as much about relationships and community as it is about looking and feeling great.
