Boot Camps Tasmania is for all ages and fitness levels. It’s about fun, community and a commitment to living a fit and active lifestyle.

Boot Camps Tasmania is the much-needed alternative to intimidating gyms full of mirrors and cramped PT Studios.

At Boot Camps Tasmania, we are awesome at Group Training.

Have you tried the gym but struggled to sustain it?

Our Challenges work because you commit to a specific length of time, either 6 or 12 weeks, and a set number of weekly sessions. Throughout the challenge, you train with the same group of incredibly supportive people.

You'll build relationships and a sense of community.

We've seen countless individuals who had previously tried going to the gym or other classes without success find success by signing up for one of our challenges.

  • BOOT CAMP FOR TEAMS

    Increase the energy and engagement of your team.

    The health and well-being of your team are essential for performance, productivity and culture. Boot Camp for Teams is a simple, fun, and affordable way to build your team culture and proactively invest in your team's physical and mental health.

  • BOOT CAMP CLASSES

    We understand that not everyone can commit to a 12-week challenge. That's why we offer weekly classes that still bring the fun and supportive Boot Camp vibe.

    Classes include Mum’s and Bubb’s, Boot Camp Boxing and Super Circuits.

WELLNESS COACHING

Whether getting started or keeping consistent, staying on top of your health and wellness can be challenging. When we get busy with work and life, our training and lifestyle often drop away. Wellness Coaching works with you to get clear, consistent and committed to prioritising your wellness and using it to elevate energy, resilience and performance.


Wellness Coaching Includes

  • Personalised workouts and training plans.

  • Fortnightly One-on-One Wellness Coaching Sessions.

  • Ongoing Online Support
