PS Boot Camp is a fun and diverse group. We have all ages and all fitness levels. It just works. Our Challenges give you support, accountability and structure to build consistency in your training.

  • We offer 2 or 3 weekly session training options

  • Training days are Monday-Wednesday (6:00 am - 6:45 am) and Saturday (6:45 - 7:30 am)

  • Training is held at the PS - Surf Life Saving Club/Banksia Centre

  • Private FB Training Group

  • Online Training Resources and Tools

Just before the first challenge started I decided I would sign up as well, so my husband had an exercise partner. Luke has accommodated my physical limitations, giving me alternative exercises and insuring there are lighter weights available. The group is full of enthusiastic and encouraging people, I feel this is a reflection of how Luke runs his sessions. I am now a convert - I am really enjoying the sessions, enjoying group exercise and have even managed to lose weight. Kim (Port Sorell)

We’ve worked hard to provide as much flexibility as possible for people who want to train. We have four Boot Camp Challenges available.

  • 12x3 Challenge - 12 Weeks x 3 Weekly Sessions ($355)

  • 12x2 Challenge - 12 Weeks x 2 Weekly Sessions ($255)

  • 6x3 Challenge - 6 Weeks x 4 Weekly Sessions ($185)

  • 6x2 Challenge - 6 Weeks x 2 Weekly Sessions ($150)


DIRECT DEBIT

Our Challenges all have a weekly direct debit option. Pick your challenge, sign up, and you're in.


What to expect in a Boot Camp Challenge:

  • Games: Most of our sessions start with a game. (Imagine Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Relay Race etc)

  • Self-Paced Sessions: We do lots of circuits that are done at your pace, weight and ability. (Can’t run/walk, injured? We will find an alternative, take a break when needed and work to your limits.

  • Team Challenges: Many of our sessions are done with partners and as teams.

  • No Cliques/Comparison or Judgement: Our group are open and welcoming. Everybody trains and supports everyone.

  • Banter and Laughs: We chat, connect and laugh, Boot Camp is as much about relationships and community as it is about looking and feeling great.
